Lip Service. Lesbian Drama Causes Controversy.
Lip Service hasn’t begun without controversy, which makes it interesting to both watch and discuss. Keith Watson from the Metro, commented that Lip Service “decided to load the bases with as many lipstick cliches as you could ram into a single hour.” Admittedly, the programme was not without cliches, but thats what makes it fun and lighthearted. It entertains an element of realism whilst keeping us suitably amused. We all watch X Factor in the knowledge that alot of it is contrived, cheesy and cliched and thats partly why we love it.
