Zhoosh terms and conditions
(1) Accepting the Terms

b) In order to access some features of the Website or other Services, you will have to create a Zhoosh Network account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. It is important that you must keep your Zhoosh account password secure and confidential.
c) You must notify Zhoosh immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your Zhoosh account that you become aware of.
d) You agree that you will be solely responsible (to Zhoosh, and to others) for all activity that occurs under your Zhoosh Network account.
e) We may disable your user ID and password at our sole discretion or if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of our website or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.
(6) Chat / Comments/ Discussion Forum
a) You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
b) You must not use our website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
c) You must not use our website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

a) Opinions expressed on Zhoosh Blogs are those of the respective contributing user only. These views do not represent those of Zhoosh its management or employees. Zhoosh is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for content and comments contributed to Zhoosh by Blogs or other users of this website.
b) Zhoosh Blog users agree that comments and images posted on the Blog will not defame, compromise the trade secrets or violate the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Zhoosh harmless from any claims, losses or liabilities based on a violation of the foregoing representation.
c) Zhoosh Blogs do not allow the addition of anonymous comments. Each user posting to a Blog understands that the blog post/comment can be traced to their specific user account containing their email address, user name, date and time of sign up and IP address at date and time of sign up to the site.
d) By posting comments on the website Blogs you agree to allow the content to be re-used or quoted by Zhoosh without notification.
e) Users sometimes include references to other webites beyond the control of Zhoosh. As such Zhoosh cannot be held responsible for the content of such websites.
f) We will delete advertising posts, the system is designed to provide an online resource for our users, not as a means for advertisers to promote their websites or products. Zhoosh editors will decide what is acceptable or not on a case by case basis.
(8) TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR NETWORKING AREA GROUP CO-ORDINATORS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Networking Area of Zhoosh and in particular, but not limited to, the administrators and coordinators of such networks.
The Networking Area is provided to enable you to communicate with and disseminate information to the members of your group.
a) You must notify Zhoosh of the named individual with responsibility for managing and maintaining your Area.
b) The administrator of each Area is solely responsible for the management, content and membership of their Area; privacy settings, terms and conditions of use and all other rules relating to the use of their particular Area, including eligibility and conduct, such rules of use made clear to users.
c) The Networking Area may only be used in furtherance of the overall aims and objectives of Zhoosh and for no other reason. Zhoosh have the right to immediately suspend any Networking Area which does not support its aims and objectives without prior notice being given.
d) You are responsible for ensuring that there is no offensive, malicious, bullying or intimidating information in your area and that you will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence or is in any way discriminatory.
e) You remain responsible for the management of your Area. Should you no longer wish to maintain the Area and/or if the individual responsible for coordinating the Area changes, you agree to immediately notify Zhoosh.
f) Zhoosh take no responsibility whatsoever for the Networking Area or any of the information contained thereon.
g) You will restrict access to your Area in order to comply with applicable law.
(9) Variation
Zhoosh reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
(10) Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
(11) Law and jurisdiction
This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
